This logo was created by Demi Walker with the input of the Jamaica Conservation and Development Trust (JCDT) and that of members of the Blue and John Crow Mountain Volunteer Corps -- of which Walker is also a member -- to best suit the aesthetic and energy of the park's main recreational area.

The Blue and John Crow Mountains is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and contains many native flora and fauna species (natural heritage) – alongside the location’s rich cultural heritage -- that help to constitute its special protection status.
